Property Management
Property Management (yearly contract) - We take care of your property while you are not here and prepare it before your arrival with care and detail.
Services included: cleaning and preparing the house for the owners arrival, cleaning after the owners stay, maintenance and troubleshooting, minor repairs, key management, regular visits, mail collection.
Other Services Provided (additional charge):
We have specialists in all areas who can provide assistance and can request quotes for major work and repairs. These include, plumber, electrician, general appliance technicians and other specific services upon owners request. Adiccional cleanings can be added.
Med/Long Term Rental
If your intention is to rent your property, we will help you with all.
Our service include: Advertising, photos and video, visits and choose the right tenant, lease contracts, cleaning and preparing the house.
P.S. The services of rent collection and periodic house check, solving problems that occur with the house or with the tenant, handling the mail, handling the water, gas and electricity bills, rent receipts, other at the owner's request, have an additional cost paid in an annual contract.
